Letting only

Ideal for people who prefer a more hands-on approach, requiring a deeper level of involvement in the day-to-day operations, which includes maintenance and rent collection.

In this option we are involved in the initial stages of the process: marketing of the property, carrying out viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting of a prospective Tenant, as well as drafting the tenancy agreement, and if required an inventory.

After the deposit and first month's rent is collected, you are back in control and you will be the first point of contact for your tenants during their occupancy.

Full management

Suitable for landlords managing a portfolio of properties, those who are not based locally, as well as first-time property-owners who wish to learn the ropes. In this option, we become a part of your team, managing all aspects of the tenancy on your behalf so that you are free to focus on building your property empire.

We get involved from the very beginning. Our services include marketing the property and carrying out viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting prospective tenants, preparing the tenancy agreement, and – if required – an inventory.

During the tenancy, we carry out periodic inspection visits and keep you apprised of the property's state. Should these bring to light any maintenance issues, we will (within the confines of our Management Agreement) arrange or recommend any necessary repairs.

Collecting and processing rental payments is also an essential part of our Full Management Service, and all payments are automatically credited to your nominated bank account. Then, towards the end of the tenancy, we liaise with the tenant to renew the tenancy agreement or arrange to check them out and re-advertising the property to let. In the latter case, we make sure that the property is presentable and begin the marketing process. In short, all aspects of the tenancy are handled by us.
